Despite the immense challenges on the ground and the complete blockade imposed on Gaza by the Israeli government, we have been able to continue sourcing essentials like rice, lentils, beans, and vegetables locally within Gaza, thanks to our longstanding and reliable partnerships with suppliers on the ground.
Our teams on the ground regularly come together to cook with these supplies and are therefore able to deliver hot, nourishing meals to Palestinians across the entirety of the Gaza Strip, along with a regular supply of fresh water, as much as is possible.
We have been procuring supplies like beans, flour, wheat, lentils and vegetables, and even meat, from within Gaza. Our teams on the ground are cooking with these supplies and are delivering hot meals to Gazans.
