At MAA, our work is rooted in the Islamic principles of ihsaan (excellence), compassion, and a deep commitment to social justice.
We are entrusted by our community not only to deliver life-saving aid, but also to confront and challenge the systems that create and sustain injustice.
Our Mission
To support systemically excluded and marginalised communities through transformative humanitarian action and unwavering advocacy.
We’re not just part of the aid sector, we’re part of a growing global movement working to shift power, rewrite narratives, and demand justice and dignity for all.
How do we do it?
By tackling the root causes: shaping policy, leading critical research, collaborating and building collective impact, and amplifying the voices that are too often silenced.
Because at MAA, we don’t just want to feed people. We want to help free people.

إِنَّ سَعْيَكُمْ لَشَتَّى
“Indeed, your efforts are diverse.”
Quran Surah 92, Verse 4
At MAA, we are guided by the belief that it is our collective duty to strive, each of us to the best of our ability. We may not control the outcomes, but we will be held accountable for our efforts. And so, we try everything within our means, grounded in sincerity, purpose, and faith.
The rest, we leave to Allah ﷻ.
