The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, emphasised the significance of Sadaqah Jariyah in multiple hadiths. He said:
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: a continuing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for them.”
