For years, Syrian imams, teachers, and scholars were forced to leave everything behind due to the civil war. Many sought refuge in Turkey, separated from their families, their masjids, and the communities they once served.
Today, many of these imams remain in displacement — not by choice, but because the places they once lived are no longer in a condition to return to.
This project supports 15 Syrian imams by restoring safe, stable housing for them and their families. Each home will be repaired, completed, and furnished to ensure it is livable once again.
These are scholars and trusted community leaders. When they are able to resettle with stability, they can return to serving their communities — leading prayers, teaching, and guiding the next generation.
This is not only about shelter.
It is about restoring stability.
It is about reviving masjids.
It is about strengthening entire communities through the presence of their imams.
