A Memory Is All They Have Left
For thousands of children in Gaza, the only remaining trace of a parent is a memory — a moment held onto because everything else has been taken from them. Their homes, their loved ones, and the small keepsakes that once made them feel safe.
These children now face the world alone.
A Harsh Reality No Child Should Live Through
Winter is approaching, and the conditions are severe.
Many orphaned children are living in thin tents with barely enough clothing to stay warm.
Meals are limited. Hygiene items are scarce.
And the emotional weight they carry is far heavier than any child should bear.
MAA’s Response: Bringing Care Back Into a Child’s Life
MAA International has launched the Gaza Orphan Support Project to reach 2000 orphaned children with the essentials they urgently need — and moments that remind them they are still children deserving of care and joy.
Each child will receive:
- A vegetable pack
- A fruit pack
- A hygiene kit
- A complete winter pack including a jacket, pyjamas, and thermals
But our support goes beyond essentials.
Each orphan will also experience a day designed for them — a day to play, to laugh, to feel safe, and to reconnect with the innocence of childhood.
A day that tells them: your Ummah remembers you.
Why Your Support Matters
Supporting one orphan costs $250.
Your contribution is not just aid.
It is warmth in the cold.
It is nourishment they can rely on.
It is a moment of relief in a life filled with uncertainty and loss.
For a child who has no parent left to comfort them, your support becomes that comfort.
Give Today
The hardest part of Gaza’s tragedy isn’t only what these children have lost — it’s what they are forced to live without now.
Give an orphan warmth, care, and a moment of childhood they desperately need.
