Rising costs and ongoing crises mean many lack the resources and stability of a working kitchen, or gas, to prepare food. To make matters more dire, many are also unable to leave their place of shelter due to circumstances beyond their control or needs that prevent them from doing so. As a result, these families may reach sunset with nothing prepared to break their fast.
