A devastating earthquake has struck Myanmar, leaving thousands in desperate need.<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Where is the Myanmar Earthquake?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On\u00a0March 28, 2025<\/strong>, a powerful\u00a07.7 magnitude earthquake<\/strong>\u00a0struck\u00a0central Myanmar<\/strong>, causing widespread destruction across the\u00a0Sagaing Region and Mandalay<\/strong>. Buildings have collapsed, infrastructure has been severely damaged, and countless families have been left homeless.

What is the impact of the Earthquake?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As of\u00a0March 29, 2025<\/strong>, the death toll\u00a0has risen to\u00a01,002<\/strong>, with\u00a02,376 individuals injured<\/strong>. The majority of fatalities have been reported in the\u00a0Mandalay region<\/strong>, which is near the earthquake’s epicenter.

Rescue operations are ongoing, and authorities fear that the number of casualties may increase as more bodies are recovered from the rubble.
