It reminds us that we are not capable of earning or providing for ourselves without Allah\u2019s help. It serves as a reminder that the material provisions we enjoy are secondary to the ultimate blessing of being part of the Muslim Ummah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reciting these duas before and after eating is a way to express gratitude to Allah for His countless blessings.
